“You tell your partner you’re screwing me, yet?”
Ana’s straddling him, her hands wrapped around his wrists, forcing them behind his head like’s he’s some perp she’s about to haul down to lock up.
That evil, little grin of his is playing on his lips so she tightens her grip until he winces.
“Nope,” Miles mutters. “He’s going to be pissed, you know.”
“I can tell him.”
He laughs, low and dirty. The sound makes her lick her lips.
“I bet,” he scoffs.
“Damn man, we were just fuck buddies.”
He tilts his head considering her.
“That what we are?”
She shrugs and reaches for his zipper.
“Nah.”

That would be awesome. It would be like the anti-epiphany because the minute Ana remembered taking his gun I bet she'd start laughing her ass off. :D
