Meme, etc.

So I kind of abandoned Facebook a month or so ago for the sake of my mental health. I was never crazy about the concept in the first place, so I figured I would leave it sooner or later anyway. Today I get an email from Facebook scolding me for not logging on recently. Seriously, it was like you have a message and one of your friends took the which my little pony are you quiz, you are missing things. How dare you not update your status in a month?

Um, excuse me Facebook, but I was under the impression that I could you know do what I want. I’m considering deleting my page entirely, but I feel that would annoy some people so I guess I’ll just have to deal with Facebook interrogating me about my whereabouts every few weeks. Social networking sites are so clingy.  

In other news, I’m supposed to be working on fic, but I couldn’t resist the lure of the WIP meme. I had forgotten I started a few of these.
